Meet Our Team » JR Jones
JR began his career at Home Nursery as the assistant manager for the Albers Distribution Center. Since his promotion to Inventory Manager, his day-to-day operations include evaluation of current salable plants to ensure the highest possible quality, while maintaining accurate inventory counts and plant locations. He oversees all plant tagging in coordination with our production team to help streamline the shipping process. He monitors future crops’ expected sales dates, including plant material at the Tennessee growing facility, while overseeing the transfer of all Tennessee plant material to our farm in Illinois. He graduated from Southwestern Illinois College with a science degree and continued his education at Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville.
Joined the Home Nursery family in March of 2009.
